Sims 4 Hard Crashes Every 5 minutes, Year Long Issue

Hi all, I have a HP Pavilion gaming laptop with 18gb of ram, 4 on my graphics card and a hefty amount of storage. I've tried everything, buying more ram (to have 18g) removing said ram, cleaning some dust out of my fans (getting all is impossible) repairing the game, clearing mods, uninstalling, reinstalling and nothing. I haven't been able to play the sims for 2 years.

My laptop does a hard crash, it freezes and makes a very loud sound and the only way to get out of it is to hit the power button on my keyboard. I'm very sad, as a disabled person the sims is a great coping tool for me and I wish I could get it back.  :(

My DxDiag is listed below from today around the period of the crashes. Hope someone can help <3

Your dxdiag doesn't show any obvious reason for this, but it wouldn't list a mechanical issue or really anything that Windows isn't mediating.  So it's important to narrow things down a bit.

Please also let me know whether your fans are running louder than you're used to, or the laptop feels hotter than you'd expect, or both.
