SIMS 4 Help

Hello friends,

I am playing sims 4 and after a few hours of playing my sim will have a command stuck in her "to-dos" ill exit it, but it stays on screen. Than she beginning to not follow through with any of the commands, i select them and they cancel themselves and she just ends up standing around while the world keeps going. this makes her late for schools, my dog to be upset and feel unloved, etc. HELP please. I do not have any downloading mods of any sort since I do not know how to do that.

    First fix game on Origin, Origin/Library - right click on TS4 - option repair game .
    If you will have still this problem in game - such a sim needs a reset, but you do not use cods or mods. So you have to do it differently. Enter the City Management options and select Family Management on the top right. There you will be able to move your family to an empty plot. This should reset your sim. Then you can move them back.
