Hi Puzzlezaddict, I'm having a similar problem to BleachedShorts cos while it lets me play and enter cas but when I'm done editing a household and save them it comes up with a loading screen that I can't get rid of, the escape menu won't appear, I can't click on anything, I literally have to restart my laptop to exit my game but in doing so I lose my progress. Please help me play again! I play with no mods or custom content by the way

Your dxdiag shows that one of your laptop's graphics drivers is crashing, over and over. So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers, as described here:

Enter your order number, which should take you to the correct driver page, and look for a Graphics section. Download the newest Intel and Nvidia drivers by version number. The first number matters most, e.g. 32 is newer than 31; after that, the last four numbers matter.
The proper order of operations is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while your computer is offline.
