Sims 4: Island Living - beach towels not showing and very glitchy

I’ve downloaded the Sims 4: Island Living and having LOADS of issues!  1) The beach towels aren’t showing AT ALL. Can find them on build mode but when I go to place them down, they’re invisible. Sim...

Thanks Crin! I do have mods on. I’ll try turning them off and then see what happens 🙂
