0iry0l9sk6hq Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the dxdiag, which shows Sims 4 is crashing due to an issue with the AMD graphics driver. But the game shouldn't be using the AMD driver at all. Are you trying to play with the laptop running only on battery? If so, try plugging it in and see whether that helps.
If it doesn't, force the game to use the Nvidia GPU instead. Open Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics, click Browse, find TS4_x64 on the list, and choose the high-performance option. Do the same for TS4_Launcher_x64. Then right-click the desktop, open the Nvidia Control Panel, choose Manage 3D Settings > Program settings, select TS4_x64, and choose the high-performance option there; repeat for TS4_Launcher_x64. Then try to play.
If you get another crash, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
