Sims 4 Keeps Crashing

Hello all,

I am hoping someone can help me. My Sims 4 game keeps crashing. Usually this is after about 2 minutes of gameplay, but sometimes happens sooner. There is no common denominator that I can find.

I have deleted all documents to reset the game, updated and repaired the game, updated drivers, uninstalled Razer software, ran in different performance settings, monitored usage, but all to no avail! I have tried with and without mods, though nothing changes.

I have attached my most recent crash documents in case someone is able to assist.

Thank you so much!

Hi, I tried redownloading the visual c++ since I thought it was strange that out of no where my mods were causing an issue that has never happened to me and the issue still persisted. It is unfortunate but since its not a super big issue for me, I'm holding back looking for the exact issue in my mods folder but I am removing some unnecessary mods instead. Thanks for the help and i did remove some things to get more storage because it is something I had to do regardless of my game lol. I'll have to look up which type of mods usually cause crashing since I removed cas cc that was there when I began to have the issue, it could be build mode cc so I still have yet to remove some of those too.

Hi @puzzlezaddict, could you please take a look on my DxDiag export too? I don't play on Mods or CC, and my Sims crush once I open the game - each time.. I used 'Repair' option from EA app but it didn't help ☹️  would really appreciate your help

@paulniew  I don't see any obvious problems in your dxdiag, and no Sims 4 crashes either.  Does the game open and load a little bit, then close; or does it fail to open at all?  Do you see an error message?  If so, please post a screenshot.  It's fine if the screenshot is in Polish.

Please also launch the game again, then look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of this most recent attempt to launch Sims 4.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
