I pre ordered For Rent, and when it came out I went into my library. It has not worked. Wont download. When I contacted EA i got a wonderful operator who looked through and said its an issue on their side and they'll try fix it within the week, and if I don't hear back to come back. I went back and a new operator has put me back to square one and says just install the base game...has anyone else had this issue?

If you check the order history on your EA account, are you seeing this transaction showing as completed, processing or failed?
Hi, it says processing. It's in my library and says I can download it but when I try it says error.
I purchased through CDKeys, and have proof of purchase.
Community ManagerThanks, for any issues with a purchase from a third-party retailer, you'll want to contact that retailer directly for a refund or replacement code.
I'd also recommend looking over the post here for more information on where to safely purchase packs.
We have already contacted them and they've checked the code and said the issue is with you not them
As the code has been redeemed they won't give me another one so how can I remove the pack from my library
