    @varshaparth  Try forcing the game to use DirectX 11 mode.  Open your EA App game library, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 as a command line argument.

    @puzzlezaddict I don't use ReShadeor GShade, but I did run dxdiag. It should be attached to this post. Thank you for your response!
