Game keeps crashing with and without mods

HI! I am having trouble playing any save file because the game keeps crashing after a  certain amount of time, sometimes even on start up or traveling but it will always crash no matter what eventually.

I cleared my cache file, and i also repaired the game. I have tried with new save files as well as my old one and with and without mods, it always crashes regardless.

I am scared that this means my entire game is corrupted and unfixable besides losing everything and reinstalling.

Is there something i'm missing?
