Sims 4 lifestyles suddenly showing locked

There is only one sim affected by this, but there's an issue where her lifestyles suddenly show they are locked when its was unlocked before its like it reset for the sim mentioned

    @droids73 Lifestyles can re-lock if you're not keep doing stuff the lifestyle requires.

    Did it suddenly just lock although you were doing stuff ?
