- No only insert the disk when it asks you todo so. Or do the digital download.

One more thing do i have to update my window 8 to 8.1?
& im trying to install my sims4 but it dont lond or its very slow what can i do?
and do i have to install origin beta?
- Get origin beta, disable origin in game, and yes you have to update to 8.1 through the windows store.

I got sims 4 long time ago and did the downloading part a long time ago. So now i want to play it and start to. But then it does the pool update and so i do it, but htne it asks for my username and password and i type it in. Then i try to play it and it says i havent bought the game. Im confused please help me
it also says activate it or sign out so i try to activate it and it says the code has already been used.
I got the game to download but then on the installation it stopped a seven percent ive closed orgins multiple times but i cant fugure it out.
Are you sure your firewall/antivirus are not blocking the installation ?
