Have purchased the Sims 4 Limited edition and am trying to install from the discs, there are two discs, put in disc 1 and it wants me to create an origin account which I have done and then it starts ...

No only insert the disk when it asks you todo so. Or do the digital download.

One more thing do i have to update my window 8 to 8.1?
& im trying to install my sims4 but it dont lond or its very slow what can i do?
and do i have to install origin beta?
- ApprovedGet origin beta, disable origin in game, and yes you have to update to 8.1 through the windows store.

Imagenesis - ApprovedAll i did was open origin, and add game after tht i put my code in and then the sims 4 pop up in my origin games n i put diwnload and right now its downloading! ☺️

- ApprovedI bought the game in disc I put it in the laptop I click auto run or install then the origin scan shows I click to continue I wait the CD stop loading it dont continue the process
Do you have Origin already installed ? If so, try these steps
- Open Origin and login
- Register your game code
- Make sure you have Origin open
- Right-click on the DVD icon and choose open
- Double click on setup.exe and follow instructions on the screen (since you're logged in and have registered the game, you should not need to do so again)
- Approved

On the Origin client. You can download that here: http://origin.com/download
