sims 4 locked to 60 fps on 144 monitor

@TheBigSadd  Have you confirmed that your monitor is currently running at 144 Hz?  The setting can be accessed through Settings > System > Display > Advanced.  Does it have G-Sync or Freesync capabilities?  And if you run any other games, are those also locked to 60 Hz?

Did you ever get this fixed? it's been a thing for me for a while now and i would really like to find a fix for it.

Here ya go, Hopefully you find something out with this!

@CrunchyPeanutBoy  Have you tested any other games, and do they run at 240 Hz or whatever limit you set?  If those other games are fine, please try setting your monitors to run at 120 or 144 Hz, just as a test, and let me know whether it helps.  And try both fullscreen and windowed modes.

By the way, Razer's Game Manager Service is crashing a lot, so please uninstall it.  You can reinstall it later, but please do test with it completely removed at least once.
