Sims 4 Lovestruck Not Working

I just got the love struck pack and none of the new content is loading and I can’t use my sims phone anymore. I also can’t look at jobs just a blank screen gets pulled up. I tried contacting ea multi...

AlyssaAnne0627  Please search your computer for the pack.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP16 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Once the search finishes, expand the window sideways until you can see the entire path to each result.  Use Windows key-shift-S to capture that portion of the screen, and upload the screenshot here.
