sims 4 not giving me the pack i preordered

Question

I pre ordered the sims 4 for rent expansion&nbsp; 11/11/ 2023 and wasn't given my order once the pack released. I cant refund it or cancel it and rebuy it. its the only pack this has happened too and I've bought every other kit to expansion pack. how do I fix this because I was really excited to play it and have given up hope on playing with it now.

Dexterdog3000&nbsp; You'll need to contact EA customer support and ask that the transaction be removed so you can buy the pack again.&nbsp; I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.&nbsp; If you don't see the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
