Sims 4 not launching
Having trouble launching Sims 4 digital deluxe. When I press play on origin the small tab thing comes up in the right hand corner however it doesn't load the game, instead it takes me back to origin....

@Bethl0uise1 Please restart your computer, open the Task Manager, and let me know how much memory the system is using without any other apps open. You'll probably see the overall value in percentages, which is fine.
Please also let me know what antivirus you run. Your computer may have come with one pre-installed, so check the Task Manager, including the background processes list, for the names of any antivirus apps. You need to be in detailed mode to see this list.
- @puzzlezaddict It says 50% memory, and the anti virus is just windows security I haven’t downloaded any others and there’s non others on task manager.
@Bethl0uise1 I'm curious how your system's virtual memory is being managed. Hit Windows key-R and enter "sysdm.cpl" without quotes. Click the Advanced tab, then under Performance, click Settings, and select the Advanced tab there, then click Change. Please take a screenshot of what you see.
Please also try playing in a new Windows user account on your computer. Make it an admin account, and a local one, as in, don't sign with your Microsoft info. Don't sign into any other services you normally use either, except for Origin of course, You won't need to redownload anything, but your saves and other user data won't be available in the new account.
