Sims 4 not loading then closing game.
So I hav even having issues with my game for some time now, to the point that I have purchased added stuff for my laptop to be able to actually play the game. I get past the mains screen where I decide to play, it will load for a few seconds da and then the game shuts down with no error message, no explanation at all why its crashing.
I dont use mods, I have no custom content (I know I'm boring) and I have purchased every expansion pack. I have upgraded my laptop and it can run the game no problems. For some reason I just cant seem to play the game.
I'm almost at the point of just selling my origin account with all my games because of it.
Anyone know any ideas I can try? I have tried so many different things.

The problem is to the weak graphics card and too little RAM memory. Your graphics chip has too little memory and must use system memory. In this situation, the card and game are fighting for this memory with the Windows system, which also needs this memory. Windows and graphics chip always win and your game loses.
You can try to lower the graphics requirements in the game options, but I'm afraid this will not help much.
