@SarahGames8 Does the game work with no mods or custom content present? You mentioned doing a 50/50 but not whether you'd tested with zero mods or cc.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If that doesn't help either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

i actually mentioned at the end i tested it in vanilla which is no mods and cc the issue still persists
i also did something similar to that where it did entail making a whole new game folder and opening the game wirn nothing and it was fixed rnen i was instructed by a person in the sims after dark server to add back my save files and tray files and see if it works which it did rnen they asked me to add my mods and cc back ans the issue happened again but the 50/50 showed nothing at all and it previously still happened without mods
@SarahGames8 To be clear, the problem does NOT happen if you create a new Sims 4 folder and add back only your saves and Tray files? And then it comes back if you add back some mods? Does the problem come pack if you remove these mods afterwards, still in the new Sims 4 folder?
I have to admit, it's a little hard to follow your writing without punctuation or any other kind of break between different bits of information. I'm trying, but it would help if you organized your posts a bit.
it’s much easier for me to tyle this way as i’m dyslexic and i have a very hard time figuring out where to put proper punctuation the problem dosent happen correct it’s so weird to explain basically new fresh game just save files and tray folder works perfectly added mods dosent work removed mods dosent work either i have no idea how to even explain it properly but i tried once with just mcc and it worked i’ve tried deleting a lot of files and nothing shows up during a 50/50
- @puzzlezaddict i added a dxdiag on my newest post. I'm so tired of trying to figure this all out I'm so stressed I've been doing this for at least 3-4 days I just really want to fix my game
