Game stuck on loading screen

Since yesterday, I can't play with my family in live mode. I can open the app, edit in CAS, even build, but as soon as I want to play it gets stuck on loading. 

I don't use mods/CC and never have.

I reinstalled the game, deleted some cache, even tried to fix the EA app. 

It also tells me I do not own the fairy garden add-on.

I can start a new game, but this is 10 years of gameplay and I want to access it. I have tried playing multiple saves going back a year.

What else can I do? Feels like it's the update that broke it. Help?

    PetraHartlova89​  The EA App error is a known issue.  Please use this master thread:

    Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted" | EA Forums - 12331060

    For the household you can't load, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load this household, and when it doesn't work, look for a new lastexception.  If you find one, open the file and delete the first line of text, then attach it to a reply here.  Alternately, you can copy its text and paste it into your reply.

    You don't need to wait more than a few minutes to confirm the household isn't loading.
