Sims 4 not working on steam and both accounts are linked

What can I do to resolve this issue? I do not want to buy over 20 new expansions or start the game all over. Please help!

@4syla Do you mean your saves or your DLC? If the DLC is missing (expansion/game/stuff packs), please see the first post and accepted solution of this thread:

If the saves and other user data are missing, that shouldn't have anything to do with Steam. Please see the first post of this thread:

@4syla What happens when you try to launch Sims 4? If you get an error, please post a screenshot. And either way, please describe how far you get into the loading process, if it starts at all, and what you see on-screen when the game stops working.

Hihi thank you for responding! No error screen. It just shows that my sims 4 is starting from the beginning. None of my EA files are there to access.
