Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

I have preexisting save files that I can no longer access because it says they require packs that I do not own and if I open them I risk corrupting the file and no longer being able to access it. I would like for this not to happen, and it is very frustrating because I did pay for these packs and have obviously been able to create games using them. I have tried reloading in, restarting my computer, repairing the game, clearing EA cache and restarting the EA app just for it to continue to do this. I have no mods or CC, and it has done this to me before and the troubleshooting steps worked but they are not working even though I ran through it multiple times. With a limited event going on rn that I need to be able to load into a game and not being able to this really sucks. Any more tips or tricks is greatly appreciated, this seems to happen whenever I fully close out of game
