Sims 4 Packs Missing on and off for a long time... mainly off!

Please help. Please help..I'm not computer minded so please SPELL OUT each stage of help like youre talking to a baby please :-) My mum has been trying to sort this out for so long and we just cant...

ChloeTDM Please clear the EA App's cache, again if that's what you did before:

and repair the game: EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair.

If this doesn't help, do you see your purchases on ea.com, under Account Settings > Order History?
