bakr39niiweh Are you still having this issue? Sometimes this type of thing sorts itself out, for example if a purchase is stuck pending but then goes through.
If you do still see the issue, please check your order history on ea.com and let me know what status you see for Seasons: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
