Sims 4 product code not working

Question

Just a brief background on the problem.We had a power failure. It caused sims 4 to become corrupted. We un-installed the game, but when we wanted to re-install the game it told us that the product code was already in use. Please help.

Try to re-login in Origin. If it doesn't work, as I asume, try to erase all the game data and download it again. If it doesn't work too send a ticket to EA with al the data that you have on your hand: time of first download, the day you bought the code, etc.
