Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy pack not showing as purchased/downloaded

it's been over 24 hours since i purchased the Royalty & Legacy expansion pack through the EA app. when i opened the game immediately after downloading it, the pop up appeared at the start of the game...

    i found another post asking this same thing. this is the reply and it fixed it for me!!!

    "Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your packs are deactivated.  If they are, you can enable them with the Pack Selection button, then restart the game."

I also have the same problem. Ive even removed sims 4 completely and downloaded it again and its still not showing up. It also took out of my bank account.
