kindafunnyloser The sims on the Main Menu are the default sims if you have no saves or the game can't load an image of the sims you've been playing. That alone isn't a problem. The more important question is whether you can play your main household.
Please also post a screenshot of the Sims Delivery error, and list the steps you've taken to try to fix it that haven't worked.
Separately, please post a screenshot of the contents of Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves, as in, I'd like to see the file names and dates.
