Sims 4 saying "missing folder" or not repairing

Hello, wanted to start of with i have been having these tech issues for months and im starting to get frustrated.

Somedays when i go to EA app and starting sims 4, it shows up as "missing folder" and asking for a repair after. When i press the repair button, is again says that im missing the folder, but when i check my folder is there. I have clear cached and repaired the EA app. I even unistalled it 1 time. It happens a lot, then i get to play it for 2-3 days and then it says that the files are missing again. 

It have been like this for months and im getting frustrated, and even annoyed because its difficult to get in contact or get a real answer from EA. I hope i can get some help because im getting tired of this problem. 

Hope you can help and maybe create a useful way to contact EA at some point.

    Freyseeen  This is most often antivirus-related, so please set an exception in yours for EADesktop.exe.  Set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64 as well, or the entire Bin folder they're in.  You may need to repair again afterwards.
