sims 4 stuck on loading screen when going on a date

Every time I make my sims go on a date it just stays on the loading screen. It's super frustrating. The writing at the bottom of the screen changes as it should and the thing keeps going around the pl...

Does it matter to what lot you go ?

Because I have only had the issue when an NPC calls for a date I don't know what lot.

    Makes sense.

    Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? I know people have been issues with the museum lot. Could you try traveling there ? Does it happen every time you are invited or was it a one time thing ?
