Sims 4 Stuck on Loading Screen

When the sims 4 cats and dogs came out i purchased the game and ever since than when I load the game it says I don’t have enough storage to run the game so I deleted the sims 3 games and I did a clean up on the lap top and I disabled cats and dogs so now I’m able to create a family pick a town and pick a lot to move on and the screen will not load for me to play with the family
