Sims 4 UI scaling issues after Windows 11 upgrade

Game is still 1.80. Windows desktop is running at 3840x2160 at 250% scaling. Game is running 1080p (1920x1080). GPU is an RX 580. Latest drivers installed. The first attempt at running the game afte...

So now after a CPU upgrade and fresh install of Win 11, TS4 is just minimizing to desktop unless scaling is turned all the way down. When it happens to start without adjusting scaling (my usual is 225%), I still have the huge cursor issue, and have to cycle to windowed back to fullscreen to get it to appear properly.

Hey @darkaudit, long time no chat!

In that case it could indeed be a Win11 related issue, as we talked about earlier.

    @EA_Leeuw It may very well be, as the minimize to desktop issue is happening with Sims 3 as well.

        @EA_Leeuw Now I need to think if there was a difference between the upgrade and the fresh install of Win 11, and if the current AMD drivers have any part to play.
