Sims 4 Unable to load

    IEnevitable​  Most of the errors in your dxdiag are from the EA App, but it's not clear that that's the cause of your inability to play Sims 4.  I think OneDrive might be the issue here, and if you have no use for it, I'd strongly suggest getting rid of it or at least not allowing it to sync the contents of Documents.  You can find instructions for either option here:

    If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App.  The next step would be to remove it again, but this time with Revo Uninstaller (the free, portable version is fine), to remove hidden files as well.

IEnevitable​  Did you import any user files (saves, mods, etc.) from your Steam Deck or another computer with the game installed, or perhaps install some mods yourself?  If so, please remove or rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts so the game can generate a new one with no content.  This will only happen if the game actually launches, of course.

If that doesn't help or isn't relevant, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I'd also like to know the location of your computer's Documents directory.  You can find it by searching in Windows for Command Prompt, opening it, and entering this command:

reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"

Feel free to write [username] instead of your actual username, but please leave the rest intact.

No mods at all, and I did not pull any information from prior sims 4 loads. I keep my steamdeck game separated from my laptop game.

Here is the attached requested info for dxdiag, but I am unable to use that query line its saying System cannot find path specified.   

Edit: This may be what you are looking for: C:\Users\[username]\OneDrive\Documents

I can manually locate my documents outside of OneDrive but looks like my laptop auto set up everything OneDrive, there is nothing in the other location.
