I just updated my sims and now it says "requires the Sims 4 and all game updates" when I go to the EA app, it says my game is already updated. I tried clearing cache and removing mods but it still doesn't work. How do I fix this?
I forgot to mention the problem is in the packs. I plan to buy some but with this, it probably wont work
I know but the thing is, I WANT the pack to work since I plan on buying some. But with this still there, it wont. I've already updated my Sims and all mods and cc but this info still appears so im very confused as to why it does. Every one of the packs says this except Lovestruck so I can't use any packs :/
@birxobhm3unu What is not working other than that message ? Do you get an error when you try to buy it ? What happens if you click on new game ?
As I said, the message is purely informational, doesn't have anything to do if you're actually updated or not.
I have the same message although I own it. Pack works fie.
when I click play on my last saved game that had the pack before the update, it tells me it requires the packs and asks me if I want to continue playing without it. When I press yes, it tells me all the items from the pack is removed. I'm new to the sims so I currently only have the free Holiday pack. Does it maybe only not work on this specific pack?
maybe the problem lies here? It's telling me to restart to complete installation but im not so sure what that means. Do I have to restart the game? if so, I've done that many times already
it worked! This seemed like a really simple fix than what I thought it'd be. I'm still a newbie so I don't know a lot about these stuff 😞 but thank you so much for helping me!
