@zprogramSorry for not getting back sooner, we have confirmation that IE11 isn't supported on ea.com forums.
If you want to stay within the MS browser family you can try updating to Edge.
@Meep62 Please let us know how you get on after clearing the cache. If you have no luck with this can I check what version of Chrome you're on? Yo see this you can click the dots in the top left for your options, then choose Help > About Google Chrome
@zprogram Hi, I haven't been following specifics on Sims 4 site changes, but from time to time we will update such sites to consolidate where we are sending folks. The process would involve shutting down the old site and auto-redirecting so that folks with the old bookmark aren't stranded.
As for the white page, it's displaying fine for me now. Can you check again and let us know how you get on? If this persists can you try a different browser?
How I 'used' to get on was typing in thesims.com and it would go, now it sends me to the new address, which stays blank. So I still can't get on, is it browser related, using Internet Explorer 11.
Still no answer to why the site is no longer working. Is Internet Explorer no longer being supported? Answer would be nice and why should I have to use a different browser just because ea moved the site. Also most of the ea.com stuff loads blank white pages, this help took forever to load up. When did this (expletive) happen and why?
Internet Explorer should work fine, but I actually have the same problem. IE and Waterfox/Firefox cannot load ea.com or battlefield.com for example. I can load them just fine with Edge or Chrome. If you have a newer windows computer you should have Edge pre-installed, can you check if that works, just to see what kind of error it is?
This is a rather new problem for me though, only had it a few days, but clearing cache and such have made no difference.
My problem is not that I cannot load the page though, just that I can't see anything on it. Maybe you can check if you have the same problem?
When I move my mouse around the white page, the mouse icon actually changes when I move over links or text (even though I cannot see links or text).
If I click anywhere on the page which is not a link, and then press Crtl+A (Select all) and Crtl+C (copy), and paste whatever I managed to copy, this is the result (sorry for a page in Swedish, but what is actually says is not really that important.

Maybe you can check if you have the same problem or if your page just dos not load? The Origin store and help.ea.com, as well as answers.ea.com, works fine for me though.
If you have the same error as me, where are you located/what internet provider do you have?
Edit: this is what it looks like when I hover over a link (minus the mouse which is not visible, but the link at the bottom is)
The problem started when the site moved from thesims.com to the stupid ea.com/games/the-sims. Page is supposedly loaded but it's just white. And most of the ea.com stuff is the same. I've also stated that I'm using Internet Explorer, is the browser no longer supported? Why can't I get a simple answer instead of all the 'troubleshoot' questions.
The site is supposed to work for Internet Explorer, if that is what you want for an answer. (This is also the first thing I wrote in my last post)
I do NOT work for EA, I'm just another player with a similar problem, and I thought that if you told me more about your problem we could give this info to EA and then they might find out what is wrong with our browsers, or their site. I know for a fact that the site work for other people on IE, that's why I'm asking if your page acts the same as mine?
This is a Player to Player forum, if you do not want a player to answer, I suggest you go look for support somewhere else, like EA Support😇
I'm aware it's a Player to Player forum and I do appreciate your help. (definitely more help than their 'support' gives) The EA 'support' is focused toward game problems and I don't have problems with the games, it's there official sites that are bugged up. They 'load' but don't display anything, just a blank white page. (3rd time I said it). Your problem is similar, but I can't copy/paste anything and my cursor changes only in the upper left of the screen. You asked for: Internet: Charter/Spectrum Location: USA and hell, here's my OS: Windows 7, as well.
Everything working fine until Nov. when their sites migrated.
