ronjapalm Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a while.
This is a common error on newer HP gaming laptops (Omen and Victus). There are several workarounds, none of which work for everyone but all of which help some of the time. So if you're still dealing with this issue, please try these in whichever order you want and let me know which work for you. More information would be helpful.
- Under Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics, choose the Intel chip for TS4_x64, AND in the Nvidia Control Panel (right-click the desktop and choose it), select the Nvidia GPU under Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > TS4_x64

- Put the laptop in night mode before playing
- Disable the Intel graphics chip entirely
