Sims 4 Will Not Launch

nora_charles13 Please try again now, after updating the game. EA pushed an update about 2 hours ago that fixed an issue causing Windows Defender to block TS4_Launcher_x64.exe, and this problem wouldn't create an error report because it's not a crash. So it's possible you had two issues, the Defender one (which was NOT a problem until about 30 hours ago) and the original one.

If you still can't play after the update, look for a new error, as in, the game might be crashing again instead of being blocked.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried everything to fix it, including running the game as an administrator, repairing the game multiple times, clearing the cache, and even reinstalling it from scratch. I also removed all my mods and custom content, but nothing worked.

I played on Sunday and Monday, and everything was working perfectly until the July 21 update. Since then, the game won't launch at all.
