moviegrl17 There are people here on the forums who are happy to try to help with tech issues. Just scroll up a bit. That's kind of the whole point of the tech subforums. And you can't really know that the OP has done everything possible without more information. I can think of a lot of suggestions, but I'm not going to start tossing them out there without narrowing things down a bit.
Also, if this were an EA-side problem, there would be many more posts, probably by two orders of magnitude, than there are now. The current player base is very large.
