djbrinsky Thanks for the dxdiag. Because it's simple, please move the Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and see whether the game loads. If it does, your saves and user data won't be present, but you can restore that later—it will all be intact in the folder you moved. For now though, just try to start a new save and see how it runs.
Please also make sure the EA App itself is loading properly, as in, you can see your game library and launch Sims 4 from there.
