EscarlateJem The Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are pretty generic, not really any help here. I do see that your computer's graphics driver is somewhat old though, so it's worth updating. You can use the newest driver from Nvidia:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
If that doesn't help, even after the patch, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.
