NOOZLX Disabling the iGPU is one workaround for this issue, but so is putting the laptop into night mode. You can also try this:

However, the more immediate problem is that one of your laptop's graphics drivers is crashing, repeatedly, or more specifically, it's failing to respond in a timely fashion and Windows is crashing it. That could also crash Sims 4 or prevent it from working. The Nvidia driver would be the first suspect, but it's best to do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers. Here's how:

Use the drivers HP provides for your laptop first. If necessary, you can update the Nvidia graphics driver later, but please test Sims 4 first. To find the drivers, go here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops
Enter your serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, click All Drivers, expand Driver-Graphics, and download the newest drivers, by version number. (32 is newer than 31, then the last four digits matter.)
The proper order of operations here is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while offline.
