Sims 4 won't boot past white screen
Hi! I've just reinstalled the game again after not playing for a while, and my game just.. will not boot past a white screen.
I've tried all the suggested fixes (moving the files out of folder, firewall bypass, ransomware bypass, uninstall-reinstall, repaired both EA app and Sims 4 application, ran troubleshooting, updated my drivers, etc.), and I just don't know what else to try. I've attached the dxdiag file if anyone more literate than me can look and see if there's something I've missed
