@irisdebr I saw you posted in another thread about the "Sims 4 is already running" message. Did you try everything listed here?

If it doesn't or didn't help, please clear Origin's cache and uninstall it "the hard way." Restart your computer before reinstalling Origin.

If that doesn't help either, please link me the driver download page for your laptop. I'd like to check the available downloads against what you currently have installed. HP makes it difficult if not impossible to be sure I'm looking at the correct page, but you can find it easily by entering your serial number here:

Once you do that (and choose your OS if necessary), you'll land on the driver download page. That page doesn't have any information about your own laptop, just the model.
