Sims 4 Add-ons missing in EA app
Hi EA Support Team,
I’m experiencing a persistent issue with The Sims 4 add-ons in the EA App.
Issue:
The Add-Ons section for The Sims 4 does not display any content (neither owned packs nor those available to purchase).
When I click any add-on marketing tile from the EA App home screen, I receive the message: "This content is no longer available for purchase."
This has been ongoing for approximately two months.
What I’ve already tried:
Signed out/in of the EA App
Cleared EA App cache
Uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App
Uninstalled and reinstalled The Sims 4
Restarted PC
Request:
Please investigate and restore access to my Sims 4 add-ons catalog (both owned and purchasable). If this is an account, entitlement, or regional storefront issue, kindly advise next steps.
