Sims 4 Wont Launch

There are no mods. Its a completely fresh install. EA isnt even installed on the C drive from what i can tell.
Theres no LE files either. You can't even get into the game. It launches and then immediately quits. Theres no actual launch.

Sometimes uninstalling the application won't work because the app is programmed to only remove certain files from your computer, marked as to uninstall.
There is a "Repair" feature integrated when you uninstall the EA app. When you run the uninstaller for EA, there is a button that says if you want to repair it. That will scan and fix for any corrupted or missing files, and/or problems with your game.
Do you have any other ideas that would help? I had tried repairing and my game is still not responsive.
