sims 4 wont open

basically, when i search my problem on here about how other people's sims 4 wont load and it shows them the same error message as many other people. well, mine shows something different, "origin seems to be running. No communication with orange is possible." i don't know how to fix this i've uninstalled and reinstalled origin. can someone help. Also my computer is acting funny with sound so i don't know if i can see a response you can try and email me and [edit: email address removed]. thank you! have a nice day.

@LunarSaur3&nbsp;It sounds like there may be more of an issue with your computer than just Sims 4 won't open. As it shouldn't be making odd sounds.Have you checked with a techie friend or family member or maybe taken it to a computer repair shop to have it looked at?

yes, everything else is intact and working perfectly fine.. this ims 4 is the only thing that doesnt seem to be working.
