MeganKAllen What happens when you try to start the game? If you get an error, please post a screenshot or type out the entire error message. Either way, describe what happens on-screen, if anything happens at all.
Please also try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.
If that doesn't work either, please provide a dxdiag, as described above.

The first time it happened it told me my graphics card was incompatible, we updated it and that error message went away. Now it isn't giving me any message. It just sits on a white screen. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well.
