sims 4 just won't start up it would flash white and black and then just close; I deleted ALL of my mods, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled EA and sims 4 but still nothing. please help! idk what to...

Managed to fix my problem where it crashes during launch after update | EA Forums - 4998584Or put the laptop into night mode before trying to play.
If that doesn't help or isn't relevant, provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
