Sims Aspirations goals won't complete

I noticed this before the update and the update hadn't been fixed. Nothing is say why it's happening and I only know for sure that it's happening with the High School years Thrill Seeker teen aspiration and the Life and Death ones. Mostly with anything social, they'll get stuck. I started a new save for the early January updated and that's kinda when it started happening. I have tried cheating them to work and that won't work anymore ether.
