Sims can’t clean at all

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion parenthood, Dineout, spa day, outdoor retreat. Moschino, laundry day, toddler stuff, bowling stuff, vintage glamour, backyard stuff, movie stuff, kitchen stuff, perfect patio.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your sims try to wash dishes, throw away trash or do laundry.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim will pick up the clothes, dish, trash, etc; pause, then put the item back down.
What do you expect to see? Sim should follow command given.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I’ve removed every piece of Custom content or mods from the game and this issue is still occurring, so it’s not the mods. I’ve also repaired the game in origin, but it’s still not working. My sims will not wash dishes using the dishwasher or sink. They can’t throw away trash or do laundry. All cleaning actions are not working.
