game wont load

hey yall, i am having some issues loading my game, i dont know whats causing it and was hoping someone could help me out. ive recently started a new save, made my sims, decorated the house, but whenever i launch the save to start playing, my game is permanently stuck on the loading screen, the little tune plays once the game is about to start, but nothing. i have removed my mods, added them back in, restarted my computer, cleared cache via sims 4 files AND EA app. i am now currently reinstalling the game altogether. if anyone knows any other tips to try and fix this, i would greatly appreciate it.
