Sims crashing right before the start page

So I uninstalled my sims game on a different computer and put it on a different computer and now the game crashes right after the main loading page and when the copyright pops up. I have tried every possible solution I’ve found and nothing is working. No I don’t have mods downloaded, there’s no save data, I’ve tried to launch on both EA and Steam and both have the same issue. I just wanna play the sims man :’)
